Throughout the duration of a 10 week UX/UI Capstone course, our team developed a traveling conference to build community and spread the awareness of ecotourism and sustainability.

"How might we help Airbnb's community be more environmentally friendly?"
Mission Statement:
Our mission at Airbnb with the eco-hub is to bring updated educational resources to communities around the world that have potential within the travel and tourism industry. Through collaboration with these communities, we hope to bring new perspectives on how they may approach an infrastructure that nurtures growth towards more progressive and sustainable practices.
As a team we created an event that Airbnb would host for the community within different regions of the world, demonstrating to other companies what they should be focusing on when it comes to the environment. This is an event opened to the public to learn a little bit more about how can surrounding businesses get together and make an impact through connecting.
Here at the EcoHub we've designed tools to connect with others during their time at the convention, we call it the 'EcoHub Chat'. We also integrated the Eco ID where users would be able to produce their own unique QR code for a seamless information exchange.
